Office Clerk

Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to join our team. As an Office Clerk, you will play a vital role in supporting the administrative functions of our clinic and ensuring smooth operations.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from clients, scheduling appointments as needed.
  • Assist with the intake of patients, including completing necessary paperwork and updating patient records.
  • Process payments for services rendered and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed.
  • Assist with billing and insurance claims processing.
  • Coordinate with veterinary staff to ensure seamless patient care and client communication.
  • Perform general clerical duties, including filing, faxing, and photocopying.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception and office areas.
